Man, I cannot believe how time flies!

This photo was taken on October 9 or thereabouts, when I was in Tallahassee on tour with my photo exhibit. Driving down the road with Jeff and Phyllis, I saw this and it was just so bizarre... Andy Rourke of the Smiths, once the most revered band around... spinning disks in a college bar in a college town.

Where will I be 15 years after my "sell-by" date?

My feet in Nashville

I had such a great time in Nashville this year. I was there in June/July for three weeks; I was there in September for a week and October for a week. Each time, I saw the same group of people - each of them, I've known for over 20 years. They, in turn, introduced me to people with whom I became fast friends.

These are my slightly puffy (too much time on my feet) but manicured feet on Spock's gorgeous blue porch.

Nashville or Memphis? That is the question.....

there's my name... set in stone in a building across the country. i accidentally deleted a bunch of photographs from a photosharing website that feeds my other websites.... i think it is time to call it a night. i thought i'd deleted this photo, but thankfully, i did not. the disks that hold the dozens of photos i deleted are across the country... oh well.... not an irretrievable error... but it is a sign i should just go to bed now....
